Visit our new Greece branch – Now Open!
The Greece branch is located in the Wegmans in Ridgemont plaza on West Ridge Road. The location is one of two 5500-square-foot Rochester area branches, the second at 765 Calkins Road in Henrietta; which opened in September. The new branches will serve a growing number of customers in the Rochester Metropolitan Area. A full range of consumer and business banking services are available at the new locations. In addition, the branches offer customers 24-hour ATM access, and convenient lobby hours. The new branches create an additional 12 jobs, and follow the opening of a Five Star Bank loan center in Pittsford in 2007.

IMPORTANT IDENTITY THEFT INFORMATION There has been a recent “Phishing” scam, which involves the name NETeller. Please do not confuse this scam with Five Star Bank’s Online Banking Service, NetTeller. Please notice; our Online Banking Service has two “t”s in the title. Our NetExpress Teller and NetExpress Business Products were not a part of this scam.

“Phishing” scams are unfortunately a common fraud in today’s society. Scammers have posed as legitimate sites such as eBay and PayPal with the intention of getting people to reveal account and other confidential information.
